Chalkola Watercolor Brush Pens | Watercolor Eye Study

Today, I’m playing with Chalkola Watercolor Pens. The set comes with 28 colors and a watercolor paper pad. I knew after I swatched the colors I would like using them right away. If you love watercoloring then I suggest you try these out.

Here is a list of pros and cons:

PROS:

  • Great color selection

  • Quick drying

  • Sturdy tip

CONS:

  • I wish they had names for each color since some of the colors are similar.

  • Very sensitive to water. You have to be careful or you could wash away all the whole layer.

  • The watercolor paper pad isn’t the best quality, so use your own fav paper.

In short, I do recommend these! The choice of colors hooked me. You’re able to get bright neons and subtle grays.
