[Video] How to Draw Noses for POC

I noticed on my last post on FB a few of you commented that noses were hard for you to draw. I want to break down a few things I do when I draw the nose.

Tip #1:

  • Pay attention to the nostrils. The shape of the nostrils can be a dead giveaway for POC. Keep in mind our noses all look different, but paying attention to the shape will add the overall face later on.

Tip #2

  • Check the width. Pay attention to the width of the nose in relation to the mouth. Is it almost the same size? Use guidelines or your pencil to measure.

Tip #3

  • Keep an open mind. I hope you learned from the video that not all noses are the same. Finding the uniqueness in each feature is what makes this process fun.
