[Video] Mermaid Marker Tutorial - How to Create Wind-Swept Hair

I was asked over on FB how I create wind-blown hair - I tried to answer in the comments and I figured why not just create a mermaid marker tutorial.  So I did!  Grab your markers (or watercolors) and let's get started.

I'm also using Jane Davenport's mermaid markers and magic wands (colored pencils).  I really like these so far. The colors are vibrant and can be mixed together for a lot of color variations.

For the skin, I used Artist's Loft watercolor paints and for the line work I used the Faber-Castel PITT pen.
